Ang Patupat National High School ay matatagpuan malapit sa main road ng Barangay Azucena, Barili, Cebu. Ito ay itinatag noong 1983 na binubuo lamang ng maliit na populasyon. Sa ngayon ang PNHS ay binubuo ng 23 na guro, apat na administrative staff at higit na 500 na mag-aaral.
Ang PNHS ay mayroon kumpletong secondary level. Ito rin ay nag-ooffer ng Academic Track/General Academic Strand (ACAD/GAS) major in Business Mathematics and Finance at Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) – Information and Communications Technology (ICT) major in Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NCII sa Senior High School.
Ang PNHS ay mayroon kumpletong secondary level. Ito rin ay nag-ooffer ng Academic Track/General Academic Strand (ACAD/GAS) major in Business Mathematics and Finance at Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) – Information and Communications Technology (ICT) major in Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NCII sa Senior High School.

Dahil sa pandaigdig na krisis na hinaharap ng buong mundo at ng ating bansa dulot ng Corona Virus Disease o COVID19, ang Department of Education ay patuloy na nagsisikap sa paghahatid ng de-kalidad na edukasyon gamit ang alternative learning delivery platforms.
Upang siguruduhin ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral, ang Depatment of Education ay bumuo ng isang programa – ang Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan o BE-LCP kung saan ay magkakaroon ng iba’t-ibang pamamaraan ng pagkatuto gaya ng Online Distance Learning, TV-Based Instruction , Radio-Based Instruction at Modular Delivery Learning.
Ang Patupat National High School ay nakikiisa sa programang ito upang maipagpatuloy ang pagseserbisyo sa ating mga mag-aaral.
Hinihimok din namin ang mga magulang at ang mga mag-aaral na huwag sumuko sa hamon ng edukasyon at makiisa. Manalig tayo sa Poong Maykapal, kalakip ang lubos na pag-iingat, na maglalagpasan din natin ang krisis na ito. Ating isaisip na ang COVID19 ay hindi hadlang sa pagkamit sa mga pangarap ng ating mga kabataan.
